Erika graduated from Williams Baptist College with a Bachelors in psychology and John Brown University with a masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy\/Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. She had the opportunity to present research at the<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_931\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-931\" style=\"width: 225px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-931\" src=\"https:\/\/summitreachcounseling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/erikabosold-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"Erika D Bosold, LPC\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/summitreachcounseling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/erikabosold-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/summitreachcounseling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/erikabosold.jpg 425w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-931\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong>Erika D Bosold, LPC<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Southwestern Psychological Association (SWPA), twice, during her time at Williams Baptist College. Erika has served in a variety of mental health settings. Before moving to the River Valley in 2020 she worked at a psychiatric hospital in Fayetteville where she served in several different roles during her time there including: acute adolescent unit therapist, intake assessor, and therapist for partial hospitalization\/intensive outpatient program. She has worked primarily in Community mental health for the last 3 years where she provided services in office as well as school based.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Erika utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, among others as her primary modes of intervention. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and the Flash Technique for trauma work. Erika believes that \u201cwhat makes an individual unique needs to be celebrated.\u201d Her favorite saying is \u201cweird is a side effect of awesome\u201d and that is how she lives her life. Erika values family, community, adventure, and curiosity. Some of her favorite adventures are the World War II museum, and any time that she is able to catch a baseball game or concert with her husband Adam.
